We had a class on salve making at Sacred Plant Medicine so I decided to make a plantain salve from my backyard plants. I also have quite a lot of lemon balm so I am going to add that to my salve. I collected early this morning and have the plants wilting on a screen. This will take some of the water out of the leaves before I chop them and add them to my heated olive oil. I'll add pictures and recipe as I go so you can make your own first aid salve.
